Custom Carpentry & Reproduction Millwork
Thoughtful carpentry helps a building retain its character while adapting to the way you live. We make reproduction moldings, replacement window and door components, fitted wood repairs, and custom interior details. Existing samples, measurements, and your goals guide the design, with attention to proportion, joinery, wood selection, and finish. Whether matching an original profile or introducing a new detail, each piece is planned to belong in its setting.
Reproduction
Moldings
We reproduce baseboards, casings, beads, and other molding profiles from an existing sample or detailed measurements. We match the shape and proportions so new sections sit comfortably beside original woodwork.
Fitted Wood
Repairs
We repair localized damage with fitted wood patches and Dutchman repairs, preserving sound original material wherever practical. We select suitable wood and shape each repair to blend with the surrounding profile.
Window & Door
Components
We make replacement parts for traditional wood windows and doors, including sash components, rails, stiles, glazing beads, and trim. We discuss the existing construction, dimensions, and hardware before fabrication.
Custom Interior
Details
We create custom trim, panels, thresholds, and other wood details for restoration and interior projects. We plan the fit, installation, and paint or clear finish together for a cohesive result.
