For Architects & Designers
Stafford Painting & Restoration works with architects, interior designers, preservation professionals, and homeowners on historic restoration and specialty finishing projects. Based in Landenberg, Pennsylvania, we serve Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia, with travel for select projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
Restoration & specialty finishes
Our work includes historic wood windows, door restoration, high-gloss painting, traditional linseed finishes, decorative plaster, and reproduction millwork.
Samples, repairs & coordination
We review the existing materials and design intent, then discuss repairs, finish samples, specifications, preparation, and maintenance. Rob is personally involved in assessing the work and coordinating finishing stages with other trades. The scope reflects the actual condition of the surfaces and the needs of the project.
