Black High-Gloss Entrance Door

A black paneled entrance door finished in Fine Paints of Europe Hollandlac Brilliant. The finished surface brings depth and reflected light to the panels and profiles, with brass hardware providing a warm contrast. This project shows the character a carefully considered high-gloss finish can bring to an entrance.

Hollandlac Brilliant in black

The finished door pairs a reflective black surface with traditional panel profiles and brass hardware. Hollandlac Brilliant gives the entrance a crisp, polished character. For a similar project, we begin by assessing the existing surface and discussing preparation, repair needs, color, exposure, and whether shop or on-site work is appropriate.
